Help @whynotboth record an album!

HEY! it’s me, izzy beacom. you may know me from playing in bands around denver for, like, 10 years plus at this point. some former projects include: frosted queerios, fempire records, defrosted queerios and alpaca lunch. i might even be a familiar name if you frequent sites like the alternative, out, them and autostraddle. ANYWAY as you may know, my latest/greatest band is WHY NOT BOTH? it’s where i channel all my bisexual disaster energy these days. i’m in the process of writing/recording an actual fucking album for the first time and since i typically donate ALL BAND PROFITS from shows to local lgbtq+ organizations… it’s been a struggle to get all the money together to make this possible. i could’ve slacked and dropped an ep to lower the cost here but i have so many songs! and so much rage to give the world! why not shoot for the stars? i’m sick of of the DIY scene being full of privileged dudes taking up too much space. whatever funds i raise here will be put directly into paying for studio time, mixing/mastering, making tapes, pressing records, whatever the hell we need to do to make shit successful. ideally i’ll find a label to help with distribution once everything’s done and good to go but seriously it would mean the world to me if you helped make my biggest dream come true. how am i going to land a feature on catfish without your help? how will my songs play over a couple girls making out on the next big netflix show? how will i ever meet king princess and ask if amandla would be into a throuple? thanks for reading this ridiculous ramble and even more thanks if you donate or share this page. i'll pay you back with sick jams and maybe we'll make out someday so i'll write a song about you too.
